Rachna Khanna Law Group provides full-service representation in U.S. immigration law, from assisting with visas, green cards and citizenship to advocating for immigrants in asylum, refugee or removal proceedings. We handle employment-based immigration and temporary visas, as well as family-based petitions to help foreign nationals reunite with their loved ones in America.
While immigration law is an important focus for us, our law firm provides legal representation in many areas, including business law, real estate law and comprehensive estate planning. We can help small businesses with entity formation and drafting owner agreements and contracts. We provide due diligence and negotiation services to buyers and sellers for residential property transactions. And we help people draft wills and powers of attorney to protect family wealth and put their wishes in writing.
We welcome people of all nations and cultures. Our goal is to provide attentive care at affordable rates to anyone who needs quality legal counsel.
